Cons
Poor management treats employees with a complete lack of respect. The leadership team seems unqualified to run the business or manage people effectively. There’s a pattern of dishonesty—misleading both customers and staff—and promises are made repeatedly but rarely, if ever, fulfilled. Regarding salaries and benefits, they do make an effort to pay wages on time, but when it comes to final settlements, they rarely release them unless the employee files a case in labor court.
