The people who work there are great. Management seems to really care about their employees. Staff who preform well are taken care of.

Work is up and down. Busy time they work weekends. Occasionally overtime is required. Sometimes there are short weeks.

Enjoyed the lunches and some of the people. There are a lot of cool people there too. Production management is great

Dirty, the equipment quality is terrible. New equipment is nice but no one can learn it. Front office is treated better than the rest of the employees. Owner sometimes makes people uncomfortable with the touching of shoulders and hugging.
