Cons
Bottom-Heavy blame structure - management will not give you the tools to succeed and blame you for the inevitable failure. Unpaid overtime for salary - you are expected to take PTO for anything under 40hrs but expected to work over 40 without extra compensation Arbitrarily high goals to avoid giving bonuses or praise Constantly negative outlook on everyone's work due to arbitrarily high goals and unrealistic expectations Unclear goals, lack of guidance Did not set my position up to have the authority or resources to do the job nesseccary, expected me to simply figure it out HORRIBLE communication from upper management, especially during an account closure Does not care about their people at all - would rather fire a 37-year employee than find a place for them when it is too difficult for them. Replaced my job with a position that was what my job was originally pitched to me as, laid me off (I moved across the country for this job) and made me apply for the new position, and then did not get back to me on whether I received it before my last day. Incredibly badly managed at an upper management level. Difficult to get responses from management or guidance, but they will be there to tell you your numbers aren't good for an hour every day. Allowed a horrible boss to run an account into the ground despite repeated warnings from their client and other staff. Only worked to appease the client at the end, pushing all work onto staff to do so, and blamed staff when it failed. Inflexible
