      Fully Remote Generous Time Off Good team members Nice location Free lunch/ Snacks Company Events

      Cons

      No direction on management, no one ever safe. Mass layoffs and mass firings. Does not value female employees they are significantly paid less then men counterparts with the exception of less than 5 upper management positions. Management never satisfied and eventually villainizes every employee to get rid of them.

      good people at the individual locations accommodating to parents

      incompetent leadership leading to loss of customers and damage to the industry. corporate stagnation that fails to meet the needs of the customer base.
