      Favoritism and nepotism run throughout the company. Disregarded core values when convenient. Politics over competency. The company showed more concern about appearing qualified than supplying adequate training.

      Pros

      Overtime is available it always optional as is traveling out of state for storm damage. This company will help you grow in career providing all kinds of opportunities. As a climber you are required to be a foreman but I’m starting to learn that although the position asks a lot that’s the industry norm.

      They do require you to show up on time mostly
