      Pros

      Only benefit is you only have to come to office when you feel like it, as nobody comes to the office. But God help you if you are new and need to be given any form of direction.

      Cons

      Way too many to list so I will just list top cons... Absolutely horrendous management, no guidance, no leadership, no structure, no defined processes, and lying is standard form of communication.

      Pros

      Hybrid work schedule was nice.

      Cons

      Upper management is clueless to the daily operations of their staff and refuse to listen to the experts in their fields. Pay is low compared to other companies in the same industry. Respect is non existent if management doesn’t “like you”. At one point before I left, I was waking up with so much anxiety that I would throw up daily. This place isn’t good for mental health.
