      It has been a pleasure getting to know the business and the people at Arbor over my tenure, I have been delighted to be a part of such a special group, and proud to say I work here, where the culture and atmosphere are second to none.

      Cons

      There is always room for more training & development, this area has definitely improved since I started at Arbor, but there is still more to improve on.

      Pros

      Hybrid work schedule was nice.

      Cons

      Upper management is clueless to the daily operations of their staff and refuse to listen to the experts in their fields. Pay is low compared to other companies in the same industry. Respect is non existent if management doesn’t “like you”. At one point before I left, I was waking up with so much anxiety that I would throw up daily. This place isn’t good for mental health.
