As an experienced professional, I had a challenging experience working at this company. The organization is highly disorganized, making it difficult to complete tasks efficiently. The work environment is often hostile, with many colleagues displaying rude and aggressive behavior. Unfortunately, the leadership does not seem competent enough to address these issues effectively. The CEO's lack of direction and management skills further exacerbates the problems within the company.
