Pros
Flexible time
Decent overtime for those who wanted it
Some great colleagues
Good start for entry level to gain experience fast
Gold stars for those favoured by those above
Cons
Toxic management
Forced interactions on LinkedIn (yeah, we were threatened with angry one to one calls if we didn't react positively to ROs and Arbtech's posts on there)
Public shout outs for those not deemed good enough, even if you are.
Mental Health team were a joke, you speak to someone about struggling and you are met with "Arbtech isn't for everyone".
Toxic drug-fuelled parties with encouragement from upper management to take drugs and get drunk on their over priced vodka at events.
Pressure to take on jobs you aren't ready for with the promise of help, only to be met with silence or "too busy, sorry" and then blamed for screwing up.
Money driven with no interest in actually following guidelines and laws - just take a look at some of the reports!
Asked the staff how the company can improve, but then dragged and belittled when offered suggestions.
Told to push "standard" sites back to take on "rapid" sites because they are worth more money and the if the client's can't afford to pay the higher costs, then they don't deserve the survey.
"health and safety is call 999 or stop crying about it" was ROs answer when questioned on health and safety practices and lone working.
