There is very limited flexibility, which is likely to become more challenging following the recent announcement increasing office attendance from three to four days per week. This is particularly difficult for working parents, especially as the company’s family-friendly policies appear to lag behind many other private banks.
In my experience, management and HR tend to align closely and support each other’s decisions, which can make it difficult for employee concerns to be addressed internally. The only way I was able to have my concerns heard was by contacting the organisation’s external helpline.
I made complaints about being bullied and picked on by my manager to various members of HR but nothing was ever done and sure it won’t be now I’ve left.
