      Great to be able to pick your own shift If you are in a big city you will have lots of shifts to pick

      Cons

      A big downside is that they pay monthly. For example, if you work a shift after the 25th of September (e.g. the 26th) you will not get paid until the 5th of November!

It's great to see that you enjoy the flexibility of temporary work and having the ability to choose what shifts you'd like to work. That's true, we have lots of shifts in our hub cities but we also work throughout the whole of the UK! I'm sorry to see that you are disappointed with the pay being monthly. However, we have partnered with Wagestream which allows our team members to access up to 40% of your hours worked, when viewable! If you need any help with accessing this, just message us on Ubeya!       Good for making some extra cash as a student. You also chooe your shifts.

      Cons

      Pretty much stand the entire day.

We are glad you enjoy the casual hours benefits of flexibility to choose the shifts you want to work. It is a great chance for students to make some extra cash so it's fantastic to hear this has benefited you. With regards to 'standing the entire day' I imagine this is from working on the bar, betting stand or waiting on - hospitality and catering is very hands on and tiring but very rewarding in a variety of ways.
