Location- NWI and Chicago accessible. Lower Indiana Taxes, 401 (k) matches 5% + 1%, Can be in charge of a lot very quickly- although this is not directly tied to pay.
Cons
Negative attitude of fellow employees including upper management and HR, unstable growth in the market directly correlates to pay, Bad Healthcare coverage since they recently changed plan- high deductible for a family.
