Very competitive pay. Growth potential. Average benefits/retirement. Very experienced & smart technical leadership.

Poor work-life balance. Turnover is atrocious, combined with an extremely slow hiring process. Very poor communication, collaboration, and buy-in. Very high claims intake combined with very high expectations on file documentation and other data tracking protocols make it impossible to stay afloat.
