Pros

- Good company for 1st office job. There is plenty to learn. - Support Division (Division 5) management pleasant to work with, Understanding, Good leaders - Good culture - Study support

Cons

- QA Department only perform functional testing. No Technical testing is done (If you don't know the difference maybe QA is not for you). with that being said no proper regression testing is done. (From support perspective. You supporting the software and not the clients.) - Support division severely understaffed. - Due to little support staff. Growth is very slow and usually dependant on people staying or leaving the company. - Upper management (Ops & Exec) undermine / think little of support div. - Technical Department (Dev / QA / Solutions) are not open to new ideas coming from Support Department. - Constant signing of new clients but no sufficient support staff to support it. Amount of support staff vs clients is crucial. Ratio is currently a mess. - Manager in charge of software upgrades think its a good idea to upgrade sites to versions with known bugs. Ends up becoming Supports problem to put out fires. - Far below average pay - No benefits package - No Bonus

Cons

No other benefits like medical aid or RA. Compensation is also on the lower end.
