Pros
Great colleagues, short hours, minimal weekend days, garage parking, good location. There is a 20 word minimum for this section however, this is all I can say for Pros.
Cons
The pay structure does not seem kosher -- u must be logged in to a predictive dialer in order to account for your time worked. This means, if you need to do research or get up to seek advice, you are actually docked for that time. If you are in the building and being productive for 35 hours a week, you are likely to only get paid for a fraction of those hours. Management promises coaching and guidance and may even put you on a written warning but will fire you before you have a chance to put the coaching plan into action. They have "had a glitch" and insurance benefits were suddenly canceled. This place will make you feel like a dirty sales person. They pressure you to make up 3rd party stories in order to solidify the idea of a valid company to the clients. All in all, I feel blessed to have been able to open my eyes to these kinds of practices so I know where to stear clear from in future opportunities. I wish I could follow the few good reviews on this site but unfortunately my experience mimics that of several other employees that have been employed there and I feel the need to offer insight this company's practices.
