Pros
Great set of co-workers - all hard working and very competent. The smaller size of the firm tends to offer great opportunities for meaningful work in high-demand fields, challenging opportunities, chances to stretch, learn and grow. That translates to the chance to rapidly improve income/marketability - both inside and outside the company.
Cons
It's a smaller company so people can get stretched thin. You're not always able to work in your strongest area or the one you enjoy the most. Sometimes seems disorganized.
