Pros

The people and work culture are the best part of Archi's. People genuinely care about other people and how they are treated. Training, mentorship, sponsorship opportunities are great, especially if you are interested in software development. Core members are genuine, good role models, and always responsive to newbies. Awesome remote work and team culture spanning 15 countries. Since the company cares about women in tech movement they also have the flexibility for women and especially moms. No micromanagement. Great opportunity for learning & growing.

Cons

The current office space does not provide snacks other than hot drinks. Though not a big con, it would be great to have some free healthy snacks.

Pros

Structured Learning Path: The training program is well-organized and focuses on both foundational and advanced front-end development skills. Hands-On Experience: Real-world projects helped me apply what I learned and build a strong portfolio. Supportive Environment: The mentors and team members are approachable, collaborative, and genuinely invested in your growth. Career Progression: I had the opportunity to grow from a trainee into a front-end developer within the organization. Focus on Practical Skills: Emphasis on current tools, frameworks, and coding best practices relevant to the industry.

Cons

Challenging Learning Pace: The program moves quickly, which can feel intense at times—but it also encourages focus, consistency, and rapid growth.

Pros

A fun environment where I learned a lot under experienced trainers

Cons

Geez, where do I start. My task as a trainer was to educate trainees on html, css and Javascript. The courses are 1/2 or 3 month long, based on subject (html&css/js/React). I was teaching a group of 7-8 minimum for an hour and leading a group project. However, the management did not care about the trainees attendance.( I was paid whether the project was completed successfully, in the case that trainees do not attend meeting/arent attentive, I dont get compensated properly for my time) The moment I respectfully explained in the group chat that, I will not continue when a 7-8 trainee minimum project is continuing for a month with only 1 person contributing, and the project is done 5%, they fired me. Now they have implemented measures preventing this (trainees getting kicked after not attending a lesson, etc..), so i was fired for no reason.
