Pros
Easy commute. Summer Fridays. Fairway grocery store around the corner. Trader Joe's fairly close as well. Food served at weekly meetings. Non-family members tend to be nice, fun people.
Cons
This family owned business treats non-family members like children living in their prison system. They have zero respect for anyone outside of their little circle. They roll eyes, yell, refuse to listen to opinions. The only motivation to do well here is to not be unemployed, and to not get yelled at constantly. However, even when you are doing what you think is a good job you'll probably get yelled at anyway. Starting pay stinks, and the commission structure does not benefit anyone outside the family. Don't even bother interviewing. It's not worth it.
