Nice Job - Road Crew Architectural Window Restoration Employee Review

I enjoyed working at AWR. It was satisfying to see the windows after the work we put into them. The customers were so happy. It was a fun job at times and alwasy interesting.

I did not want to travel. It is hard work, but liked working for the owner.

The pay is pretty decent for this specialty. The one owner is very kind and I really enjoyed working for him. My coworkers were all lovely and great to work with.

Other owner is not competent at managing nor communication. It takes way to long to get tools and materials needed for completing jobs. Management has a very poor way of communicating to employees. Things were kept from us or we were just blown off or not supported.
