      It's possible to set your own work expectations and not overwork yourself, though many employees do.

      Cons

      Out of touch leadership. Some unexciting project types that don't allow for much design and growth. Theres a large gap in experience for mid range experienced employees which means younger employees likely don't get the training needed.
