Pros

Where to start. They're not lying when they say it's an accelerated program. I could see how it's not for everyone, but it's definitely a crazy good opportunity. People get promoted fast based on the effort they put in. I really like that there's no seniority. I'll admit I thought the growth structure definitely sounded a little too good to be true when I started, but all it took was a couple weeks to see the results of my work for me to buy in. The next thing that stands out is the skill set they help you build. I've already been trained to implement some really useful consumer psychology tidbits, to conduct interviews, to teach, coach, train, and develop other people, and to have effective conversations to motivate people, among other things. I'm not sure if I'll be in this business for years to come, but there's definitely a valuable skill set I'll be leaving with either way. The last thing worth mentioning is the people. It might be a bit much for some, but everyone is so high-energy and positive. Everyone is learning and going through the same challenges together, and every person is so eager and willing to help everyone else. Seriously, it's such a people-helping-people environment. It definitely wasn't something I anticipated coming in, but the camaraderie makes the whole program worth sticking through. Even Sam, the owner, is so willing to go above and beyond for each of his people, which was kind of a surprise when I was brand new. But it just fits the kind of atmosphere that they're facilitating. It makes you want to reach out to help everyone else.

Cons

Like I said, I could see how it's not for everyone. Since it's a really accelerated program it's more intense than some may expect at first, but I found myself adjusting to it fast.

Pros

The owner Sam is very kind and helpful and that's where it ends for pros. The rest of this is to fill out the 20 word minimum required by glassdoor

Cons

Very misleading. It's not a marketing or public relations job. It's a sales job. Stand around in a retail store and you sell no name brand products. You get 2 days off every 12 days! Not a normal work schedule! Its basically college where you have to take notes and study systems and methods for sale pitching. And you have to teach it back and then learn others. There is a 1 hour morning office meeting where you study as if it's high school class again then you leave to go wherever the store is. A lot of driving. Be prepared to put miles on your car. Long hours and pay is low less $10 hr. The hours ruins the work life balance( you work more than 8 hrs a day). Its almost as if Working is more important than having a social life or spending time with family. Family and friends are key to staying sane and this job gives you no time for that.
