Pros
adidas discount, Portland trip to North American HQ of adidas, (once or twice a year, depending on budget), great agents in the field, great pay for a first job out of college, and working with the most creative brand in the world adidas (not archrival)
Cons
No room for advancement, lies from archrival that you can make it to adidas HQ (maybe 2 agents in history did so, 1% success rate ), massive layoffs (with no warning), no 401k or retirement opinions, leader ship with down the drain when Sara Hills left, over worked, must work seven days straight when you have your one weekend off for the month, must front all your gas for your weekly visits, no money for repairs on your car, mileage $ comes back at the end of the month (but it’s enough to cover everything with travel) and no true connection with adidas in the way of advancement (your just a jump off, not adidas #1). Adidas is a great brand, but archrival is a joke. I am thankful for my time there, but glad I am out. I had a successful career there, won multiple awards, changed the game forever, left a mark that has never been matched, and yet a has been when your gone. Keep your day job and try to work directly with adidas NOT Archrival. Many blessings
