Interesting work and great team/managers to work with. Work from home is a plus.
Cons
Compensation is way below average for the industry, benefits are average at best. Very low raises, and our raises were cancelled at the last minute during the COVID year. Terrible management at corporate level. Not a stable job either. I was in the Fargo division that got laid off.
