Warm welcoming environment great place to learn

Pay could be better and so could rule enforcement

Break in between shifts. Off when schools are closed. Follow school schedule.

Not paid during days off (holiday, professional dev days, etc) despite parents paying the full month. Ave 25 hrs a week unless off. The pay should be more since inflation.
