Pros
The sales team is remote. The sale cycle is not complicated, you get fed leads sometimes. There are decent and talented people working there, clearly they're not running the company or have enough say.
Cons
Not one person on the team attained their quota last year, what does that tell you. The CEO, CRO & CMO have all left, so there has been constant change. Unlimited PTO, so they don't have to payout employees on PTO for high turnover. Market is saturated with the SaaS they're selling, which is not their fault, but they can definitely make changes to make it easier on sales, which they don't. Ex: automated free trial, flexible payment terms. But they don't. BDR team doesn't help in outreach, mainly they just transfer inbound calls to company, so no real effort on their part. Marketing provides many BS leads. Sales get blamed for the underperforming results. It used to be a better company, they used to do employee events, now you're not allowed to expense anything or travel. Things might change but that is definitely my experience.
