Great benefits but badly run - Executive Assistant Arden Asset Management Employee Review

Small size means lots of opportunity to step outside of job description. Good benefits etc. Open office, everyone's approachable. flat organization.

There's been some turnover in mid-level but nothing out of ordinary. Senior management very stable/not going anywhere.

Some extremely motivated and intelligent individuals work here. You have the same internal issue that are found at many companies, politics and the like. Difference being many division heads have an entrepreneurial spirit. If you want to be involved the opportunity is there but do not expect a strong mentoring program if that is what you are used to.

Having a central location to document firm initiatives would be a great. The firm has been working with an external management consulting company and improvements have already been evident. If you are a 9 to 5 individual this is not the place for you. Business conversations happen at any time. Email is the primary communication method for the firm.
