Pros
Supportive, hardworking co-workers. Decent salary.
Cons
Leadership (and I use that term very loosely) is virtually nonexistent. The organization is run through fear, and employees are treated as expendable regardless of their performance, contributions, or expertise. Those who simply say "yes" are rewarded, while independent thinking is discouraged. Pay homage to the CEO, and you'll be fine—for a while. Eventually, though, he may tire of you (like a cat playing with a dead mouse), and you'll either be shown the door or decide to leave on your own. There is little real accountability at the top. When problems arise, blame is directed everywhere except where it belongs. But don't take my word for it. Overall rating: 2.3 (85 reviews) CEO approval: 34%
