      Pros

      Most people stick around long term. You own a lot of your own tasks. Everyone really is dedicated to helping each other out, so it’s easy to reach out for help when stuck on something.

      Cons

      A lot of the work is based on contracts. No contracts, mean no work, and risks of lay offs. Raises are good, but dont keep up with inflation.
