Chaotic following the de-merger, many decisions were being made on gut feeling rather than being driven by data. Felt like there was little-to-no trust that work could be completed with autonomy, and minor jobs required input from too many stakeholders, going all the way up to the CEO. It also felt like lip service was being paid to improving culture but no real changes.
