Don't buy the hype! - Anonymous employee Aria Care Partners Employee Review

Thank you for providing your feedback. It is important that all of our employees feel their input matters. Recently, we completed an employee engagement survey which allowed employees to anonymously provide their comments and suggestions. Since then, we have implemented some of these items to help improve employee experience. As an ongoing measure, we have also recently added an anonymous online employee feedback/suggestion box to further allow employees’ voices to be heard as well as having an open door policy. In addition to offering a wide range of benefits including a generous PTO policy, paid holidays, and various medical and voluntary insurance options, almost all of our departments have a structured and clear variable compensation plan to supplement an employee’s base wages.
