Pros

The culture is incredibly motivated, hardworking, and positive. Working here puts you into a very optimistic and positive mindset, and teaches you a lot about creating and working towards personal goals. You also get to work with young, successful entrepreneurs who will train you on their business techniques and skills. Additionally, there is definitely an opportunity to make a great deal of money on a regular basis (more on that later though).

Cons

Ariix employees will tell you that you can do the job part time and make your own schedule, but this turned out to be a little misleading. Between training meetings, VIP events, and constantly being on the look out for new potential customers or teammates, this is really a full time position. If you already have a full time job or full time school, I couldn’t say this would fit into your schedule very easily. You have to pay for trainings and VIP events, which would make sense if you weren’t working FOR the company and actively making them money for your work. The training is useful, don’t get me wrong, but it doesn’t make sense to charge for them when sales reps earn the company money by 1.) buying products themselves, 2.) selling to others, and 3.) introducing more sales reps to the company. Additionally, at first when you’re introduced to the business, it’s explained in the way that you’re running your own business by selling to others, and that you have the optional choice to recruit more sales reps to your team to be more productive if you want to. But then when you get into trainings, they really hammer it into you that you *must* try to recruit your family, friends, and coworkers. Of course nobody can force you to do this, but there is strong pressure to do so. Finally, while there is an opportunity to make a lot of money, you are going to have to work relentlessly at it for a good amount of time, likely without seeing a paycheck in the meantime. Selling and recruiting isn’t easy work, and while some can build a team and clientele quickly, most sales reps have to build up overtime while not getting paid until they get their footing.
