Pros

lots of feedback(some even usefull), sometimes easy to contact people, scheduling was usually clear, end user information (i.e. PAR sheets, Base chip information, etc..) was easily accessible for field techs.

Cons

obsessive focus on Overtime to the deteriment of normal operations, questionible job standards(i.e. "get the job done" vs "the approved way is.."), routine unequal division of labor among remote techs,

Excellent company. Clear winner in the sector. Treats its people well even as it manages through business cycles and need to be leaner in some areas. Committed to maintaining industry leadership through heavy investment in best content / products.

Cons

Nothing major. Could move faster at times, but making progress there.
