Very aggressive management,they can launch a new policy every week . No efforts to appreciate your work Management is ignorant and has no knowledge where they are going but always are in meeting. Nobody knows what to do,they always refer previous projects and how they were implemented. Very much remuneration distinction. A fresher might get a salary equal to that of Snr software Engg.
