      Good compensation Nice working facilities including a subsidized cafeteria Employee events 401k matching

      Cons

      Silos exist between nearly all departments; no one talks to each other, resulting in customer dissatisfaction I have never seen so much political posturing and game-playing in my life A lot of people with very large salaries sitting around with "big visions," getting nothing done.

      Excellent company. Clear winner in the sector. Treats its people well even as it manages through business cycles and need to be leaner in some areas. Committed to maintaining industry leadership through heavy investment in best content / products.

      Cons

      Nothing major. Could move faster at times, but making progress there.
