Departments don't talk, employees and managers are stuck with little vertical movement which leads to tremendous frustration and departmental resentments. Despite all the talk about taking care of people HR does little and people live in fear of getting fired. If you're looking for some place to get into gaming, this is likely just as good as any place else. Don't expect to grow here, just do your work, take your Xanax and try not to upset anyone that might come after you. Once you think it's time to move on, trust your gut and get out.
