      The management is pathetic and makes use of harrasment, intimidation and stopping of performance increments,bonuses to employees who raise a voice for the management unsolicited behavior and actions.

      Excellent company. Clear winner in the sector. Treats its people well even as it manages through business cycles and need to be leaner in some areas. Committed to maintaining industry leadership through heavy investment in best content / products.

      Cons

      Nothing major. Could move faster at times, but making progress there.
