Pros
Few teams are very good , they have supportive culture, work life balance
Cons
Most team are very toxic, managers are not respect full with thr employees, higher management is growing well but they don't give hike to engineers. Seniors are very unprofessional , they make fun of thr juniors . I have seen manager is abusing to thr employee in drunk condition in office party. Layoffs also happened few months back .
