      I liked interacting and working with customers

      Would have to fold and refold the same clothes over and over again. They also are behind on their scheduling process. All of it is done on paper. You have to go into the store, fill out your availability on a piece of paper, and then it gets transfered onto the full schedule which is another piece of paper.

      Pros

      Cool work environment. Great role if you don't want to be customer facing. Employee discount is a nice perk.

      Cons

      Shifts are assigned on an as needed basis. It is possible for weeks to go by without a single shift.
