VERY Mean girl culture - especially from the managers. They have their favorites, and there are cliques as well. Beware that managers WILL give your hard earned sale to their favorites to make sure their numbers stay up. I was also "fat shamed" by one of the managers. I put this in quotation, because like most of the girls there, I am around 100lbs. However, this still doesn't stop the skinny culture that Aritzia does revolve around. I like many others, didn't want to believe the reviews of how Aritzia culture is, but believe me it is 1000% true and it is ingrained in the management.
