Pros

The coworkers made the job more bearable and fun but the turnover here is high.

Cons

The scheduling. Be prepared to have a shifting weekly schedule and to work all weekends+holidays. 30 minute lunch break but the break room is definitely not up to code. Working as a service advisor is better than sales advisor because less drama, but the Aritzia girls love their drama(they will fight for those sales). There's a lot of favoritism. The higher ups definitely put too much pressure on management. Funny experience working here kind of insane behavior but hey it makes for good stories and laughs.
