Arivale Response
9yI head up the coaching team at Arivale and am really saddened by your review. You have identified yourself as a current employee who has worked for us for more than a year and, based on your review, I’m not sure why you would possibly continue to work as an Arivale coach. If you are actually a current employee, I know you have seen the results of all of our coaching staff satisfaction surveys and would know that our results are through the roof positive. Anyone who applies for a position as an Arivale coach is welcome to chat to a coach (versus a lead) about their experience. In fact, we host open houses from time to time at our offices and many of our coaches attend so they are able to talk in person to folks who are interested in working here. About one third of our coaches have relocated to Seattle for this position and report loving, not only working at Arivale, but living in this beautiful city as well. There are unfortunately many untruths in your review (our desk space and cubicles are far from small as just one basic example). We never make people post any reviews – what people post is their own sentiment alone. If you actually are a current employee, I would really encourage you to chat to your lead, our department manager or myself. You will know from working at Arivale that we strongly encourage all of our employees to speak up about anything that is concerning to them. I’d love you to challenge yourself to do the same.
