      Pros

      Most of the doctor's are decent.

      Cons

      I was given only 6 days of training, unlike all of the other staff who received a standard 2 weeks. And 4 days after I let them know I was diagnosed with cancer... I was let go.

      Good location Decent medical benefits Some supportive coworkers and providers

      Cons

      Management is overly corporate with little understanding of day to day workflow. Micromanagement and inconsistent communication. Leadership does not invest in staff growth or long-term development.
