      ASU offers great services to the students of Arizona. Benefits are okay. Some departments are flexible with work time, especially because most departments require some nights and weekends.

      Cons

      Internal politics are widespread and very stressful. Leadership is disconnected from staff. Dissension is not welcome or recommended, and is often met with consequences.

      Highly interactive job where you meet lots of different students and form connections

      Cons

      I don't like the administration changes that they have implemented in 2026. It more dictatorial now and tutor who are the face of their organization are not given much voice.
