- Salary on time i.e. on 1st of every moth - Incentives for sales team is on a monthly basis and mostly on time - Global exposure to various products of Arkance - Flexible with work timings

- HR is not very responsive to your queries - Bureaucracy by certain heads from Delhi and Bangalore - Your grievances can back fire on you abruptly - Not so open to suggestions. Believe in following orders coming from top.
