      Pros

      Small enough that you aren't limited by bureaucracy but large enough that there are plenty of interesting projects and different chemistry to work with.

      Cons

      More of the basic research is in France, though there is still a large R&D group in the U.S.

      Great people Great opportunities Willing to give more responsibility/grow Good work life balance while also still having good drive at work

      Cons

      Not a lot of cons, everyone is very understanding and the small office could be a downside for resources, but personally did not find that to be an issue
