Run away!! - Anonymous employee Arkham Technology Employee Review

This was absolutely the most miserable job I ever had. I was lucky to get out before the huge firing wave that I have heard is occurring this year. The owners are not good people. There are huge inconsistencies in messaging and treatment of people. The benefits are laughable, especially the PTO and complete lack of flexibility. Also, it seems that when the top level leader ship is challenged, they go straight into attack mode instead of listening for the benefit of everyone there. I strongly discourage anyone from applying. I know someone else already posted about this, but it is true that the owners encourage current employees to put good reviews on glassdoor so that they can get better recruits.
