I worked at Arkus for a few years, and here is what I came away with: - Stronger knowledge of the Salesforce platform - An understanding of how to be great consultant - 6 certifications - And several colleagues that have turned into friends. - Great memories This is a company that gets DEI truly, and I was glad to spend my time here. I would recommend Arkus as an employer to my network and additionally to any NGO looking to adopt salesforce.
Cons
The organization is scaling, and if you a prospective employee you need to understand the career path of working in a business like this as opposed to something more enterprise.
