Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback on your experience working at Arlo. I am disappointed to hear that your experience at Arlo is not what we strive for. We do, however, take feedback seriously, as we seek to create a fair, equitable and supportive employee experience. As we are in a fast-paced industry, staying nimble is key to being competitive, and it’s understandable that this can sometimes create a feeling of being out of sync or disconnected. That said, transparency and open communication are key in my organization, and if not already, I encourage you to meet with your manager on a weekly basis to keep yourself informed about the latest developments and strategic direction at Arlo. You can also speak with the HR team on any feedback or reach out to me directly anytime to discuss further.
