      Pros

      The great things about ARMSCOR is that the staff were a joy to work with. One would have no problems being friends with them and they are willing to help each other, including you. They are also willing to give you a raise depending on your performance.

      Cons

      Being a family company, one's chances of moving up are slim. And that they still pay minimum wages.

      The people were great, and the work wasnt what I'd consider difficult. I would have renewed my contract if it weren't for other obligations.

      Cons

      The pay was only $10 an hour.

      Pros

      Good pay. Workforce in the plant is wonderful to work with.

      Cons

      Not to be trusted. The Philippine plant has serious safety and environmental violations that they refuse to address. Safety is not a priority. Very unsafe work environment. They prefer to discipline employees for honest mistakes instead of trying to learn from them.
