      - You’ll get thick skin fast - Everyday you’ll learn a bit more about office politics

      Cons

      - Shocking company leadership. Leadership is not a word I would associate with this company. It’s dictatorial only. - leadership team is mostly of people who’ve worked there for over 15 years+ any fresh eyes in leadership quickly realise it’s a waste of time and either leave or are pushed. - UK leadership very much looks out for their own and themselves. Not a combined effort and can be very selfish.

      - If you want to grow your career , sky is the limit. - Great People, managers. They give you all the support you need. - I worked directly with Engineering Director. If you get a chance to work with him , nothing better than that. What you get is new idea to work upon and great technical expert to support you. - The best part is, if you think you can work on something then there is always a way for you. Meaning, if you are an Electrical Engineer who can write a code, you can work with firmware team also. - A very good Pay. - Work and life balance. With my 6 months old daughter and 8 years old boy I could manage very well. - Flexible work hours - A Christmas Vacation.

      - Need more meeting rooms other than that nothing.
